Q: Return request matter?
A: We will not entertain any return parcel without our prior notice or awareness. Make sure that the returned goods are unused, cleaned and retain the original packaging. Any use, scratched, damaged items are not acceptable for returns. (Please ensure the return items with the merchandise tag and with original packaging if have, if the returned goods have been damaged in any way, we will not accept for replacement.)

问题：换货前问题？
回复：在还没有联系或得到我们的确认之前自己先寄回商品给我们，您的商品将不受理。请确保该退回商品是未曾使用过，清洗过及保留原始包装。任何使用过，自己刮花，损坏的物品一概都不接受退货。（请您确保退换货时，商品吊牌及各种包装完整如有，如果退回商品有任何损坏，我们将无法让你更换其它商品。）
